Sewaktu berjalan-jalan di pasar dan memasuki sebuah toko rempah dan bahan kue, niatnya untuk membeli lada hitam. Akan tetapi mata saya tertuju ke salah satu kemasan bahan kue yaitu tepung ketan hitam, dan kebetulan sekali ada 1 buah resep yang tercantum di belakang bungkusnya.
Sudah jiwanya penasaran kalau soal memasak, jadi saya beli bahan untuk membuat bolu kukus ketan hitam yang berikut resepnya akan saya bagikan untuk anda.

Berikut bahan dan cara membuatnya
Bahan - bahan : 250 gram tepung ketan hitam 250 gram gula pasir 6 butir telur 200 gram margarin Air secukupnya untuk mengukus
Cara Membuatnya :
1. Mixer 6 butir telur bersama 250 gram gula pasir hingga putih dan mengembang, matikan mixer
2. Masukkan 250 gram tepung ketan hitam sedikit demi sedikit sambil diaduk menggunakan spatula hingga tercampur rata
3. Tambahkan 200 gram margarin yang sudah di lelehkan sebelumnya, aduk hingga rata menggunakan spatula
4. Panaskan kukusan hingga airnya mendidih
5. Masukkan adonan bolu kedalam loyang yang sudah disemir margarin
6. Lalu kukus selama kurang lebih 20 - 30 menit hingga matang
7. Angkat, dinginkan dan potong-potong sesuai selera
2. Masukkan 250 gram tepung ketan hitam sedikit demi sedikit sambil diaduk menggunakan spatula hingga tercampur rata
3. Tambahkan 200 gram margarin yang sudah di lelehkan sebelumnya, aduk hingga rata menggunakan spatula
4. Panaskan kukusan hingga airnya mendidih
5. Masukkan adonan bolu kedalam loyang yang sudah disemir margarin
6. Lalu kukus selama kurang lebih 20 - 30 menit hingga matang
7. Angkat, dinginkan dan potong-potong sesuai selera

Menurut saya, bolu kukus ketan hitam yang masak kali ini rasanya benar-benar manis. Jadi bagi anda yang tidak menyukai rasa manis, silahkan mengurangi jumlah takaran gula di dalam resepnya.

How To Make :
